3. Client categorisation

For the purposes of the FSRA Rules, Vault will classify you and treat you as a Professional Client subject to your declaration and validation that you hold a net assets of at least USD 1,000,000 and meet the other criteria for being an “. If you choose not to be classified as a Professional Client, Vault will classify you as a Retail Client. Where we classify you as a Retail Client, you are entitled to the protections available to Retail Clients under the FSRA Rules. You may not be eligible for certain Vault services if you are classified as a Retail Client.
