23. Consequences of Termination

1. All outstanding transactions at the time of Account closure will be settled and the investments in your Account sold, with the funds and proceeds in your Account remitted to your designated current account.

2. Any termination shall be without prejudice to the rights and liabilities of either party in respect of transactions already initiated or to services already provided.
