12. Lending, borrowing and underwriting

Vault will not, (i) commit you to supplementing the assets in your Account by borrowing cash or investments on your behalf and by committing you to a contract which may require you to supplement such assets; or (ii) enter into stock lending, stock borrowing, repurchase or reverse repurchase arrangements in relation to assets in your Account.
